Shipping Rules and Restrictions

If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

SunnyHoneyMiami.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.


FedEx Ground or USPS Priority must be selected.


Our current shipping options do not provide delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please check back as we are always looking to provide solutions for our customers.


Sunny Honey Miami products are intended for end-use in the United States. Products sold for end-use in the U.S. are not labeled for international distribution. Sunny Honey Miami strictly prohibits the shipping of our product to any location outside the United States. Sunny Honey Miami reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.

Tracking your Shipment

All packages sent via FedEx will have a tracking number assigned and a tracking email will be sent once shipped. For questions regarding your order please use the contact information provided in your tracking email.

The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders. Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
